PAYPAL Payment Processing
We offer our customers a secure and convenient method for making payments online using PayPal. The PayPal system uses industry-leading security measures to ensure that your financial information is kept private.
After you select your products and click on the “Check out with PayPal” button, you will complete your payment and shipping details on the PayPal website. Once PayPal clears your payment, we will send you an email confirming your purchase.
Please note that you DO NOT need a PayPal account to use our web shop. You may pay with your VISA, MasterCard, or American Express card. Of course, if you have a registered PayPal account you may choose this for the purchase method without typing your credit card information. Signing up for a PayPal account is optional, however, which means that you can complete your payment first, and then decide whether you want to save your information in a PayPal account for future purchases.
One advantage of using the PayPal system is that refunds are processed instantly. If the PayPal payment was funded by a credit card, the money will be credited back to your card and, depending on the card issuer, may take up to four days before showing on your credit card statement. Refunds for transactions that were funded by bank account or PayPal balance are credited instantly to the customer’s PayPal account.

All orders are processed at our atelier in Helsinki, Finland within two business days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Order processing may take up to five days during our sales period. We operate Monday to Friday with exception for Finnish Public Holidays.
A preliminary confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and expected delivery date.
Refund and Return Policy
Please email email@example.com for a return or refund request. Please note, refunds and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered or washed and with all item tags attached. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation to indicate that the refund has gone through.
Please note that we do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges.
Collection and Use of Personal Information
We will not disclose, rent, sell or otherwise transfer your personal information without your consent, except as otherwise set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard the personal information in our custody and control, we need you to understand that we are unable to guarantee that your personal information will never be disclosed or accessed in a manner that is inconsistent with this document. We have implemented measures in an effort to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information in our custody and control, including only providing access to personal information to employees and authorized service providers who require such information for the purposes described in this document. We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards in an effort to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure of personal information in our custody and control.
Cookies are used in the site, in order to improve your experience of the site. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the site to remember your personal settings. Cookies are also used for statistical purposes. You can set your browser to notify you when a cookie is to be activated. This enables you to reject usage of this cookie or to tell your browser to erase the cookie at the end of your visit. The web shop cannot be used if cookies are disallowed.
